CAT stand for “Community Access to Technology.” The CAT Program provides access to computers for members of our community who have not had access to technology. We operate three (3) public CAT Computer Labs in different areas of the Salt Lake Valley in order to teach classes in fundamental computer skills. No. All classes and computer lab services are free to the public. We are publicly funded. Our purpose is to provide a learning environment for community members.

Specialized classes like Online Job Search, Resumes, Email, etc. are also offered.
“Open Lab” hours - do homework, apply for jobs, search the Internet, etc. We use “K-12” filtering for the Internet at our CAT Labs. This means that our lab is family-friendly, and safe for children.
